Materials relating to the governing of the institution. Mostly textual records spanning much of the history of the school. Includes records relating to financial matters, personnel, and students as well as broader institutional history. Consists of varied materials such as manuscripts, bylaws and the personal notes of President Hogarth's Excutive Assistant.

All unpublished materials are protected by copyright held by Mississippi University for Women. Permission to publish or reproduce must be requested in writing to the University Archivist.
