This collection appears to include records from both the Alumni Association and the Office of Alumni Affairs, which are two different entities.

Box C421 contains items donated to the Alumni office from various alumni.

Three lots of clippings, notes, survey responses, and photographs (lots 146-148 in Orr), probably collected by Marcie Sanders for the centennial history project, were repurposed as the archives'reference file.

Boxes C275-C283 comprise a publicity file on notable alumni alphabetized by last name.

All unpublished materials are protected by copyright held by Mississippi University for Women. Permission to publish or reproduce must be requested in writing to the University Archivist. Published materials may also be protected by copyright, and the user must locate and request permission from copyright holder to publish or reproduce.

Biographical / Historical

The Alumni Affairs office is currently a branch of the Office of Development and Alumni along with Development and the MUW Foundation.
